Happy Print Hub – Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by Happy Print Hub. Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Happy Print Hub. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by all Terms, including additional policies referenced throughout our website.

These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

By using this website, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or any of its Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and Services to you.


Section 1 — Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or region, or that a guardian has permitted your use of this website.

You must not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

A breach of any Term may result in immediate termination of your access to Services.


Order Changes, Cancellations & Administration Fee

Happy Print Hub does not accept order changes, add-ons, design modifications, or cancellations once an order has been placed and paid for online.

If a customer requests a discretionary cancellation, approval is entirely at the discretion of Happy Print Hub.

All discretionary cancellations — including, but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • duplicate orders

  • incorrect address entry

  • misunderstanding dispatch times

  • ordering the wrong design, colour, size or product

  • no longer needing the item

will incur a 10% administration fee, calculated on the full order total, including shipping.


Custom Orders & Personalised Prints

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. This includes:

  • custom names

  • custom text

  • personalised labels

  • customised photo wall decals

  • bespoke design work

  • custom banners or signage

  • custom school fundraising orders

All personalised items are printed exactly as entered by the customer.
We are not responsible for:

  • spelling errors

  • incorrect details or dates

  • wrong sizes chosen

  • wrong colours selected

  • low-quality photos or artwork provided by the customer

  • design or layout errors in customer-supplied files

No refunds or reprints will be provided for customer mistakes.


Bulk, Fundraising & High-Volume Orders

Bulk orders, school label fundraising packs, and high-volume print runs cannot be cancelled once materials have been allocated or production has begun.

These orders may have extended lead times and cannot be refunded due to customer error or change of mind.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customised, printed and made-to-order nature of our products, Happy Print Hub cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have left our premises, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect personalisation

  • incorrect size, design, or colour ordered

  • duplicate purchases

  • incorrect materials chosen

  • incorrect surface application

  • installation errors

  • wall damage from decals

  • damage caused by misuse

  • customers not checking product suitability before purchasing


Colour Variation, Print Quality & Material Notes

Digital vs Printed Colour

Due to differences in:

  • screen brightness

  • device type

  • print profiles

  • materials

  • lighting
    colours may appear slightly different in print compared to what is seen on screen.
    This is normal and not considered a fault.

Photo Quality & File Resolution

If a customer uploads a low-resolution, grainy, pixelated or poorly lit image, the printed result will reflect that.
We do not refund or reprint for poor outcomes due to customer-supplied files.

Labels, Stickers & Wall Decals

Minor variations in:

  • colour

  • print saturation

  • alignment

  • edge finish

  • material texture

are standard for printed products and are not considered defects.


Surface Preparation & Installation Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

Happy Print Hub is not responsible for:

  • wall damage

  • paint removal

  • adhesive reactions

  • bubbles, wrinkles or lifting

  • decals not adhering due to surface issues

  • decals falling due to unsuitable walls or surfaces

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring:

  • the surface is suitable

  • the surface is fully dry, clean and smooth

  • the paint is fully cured (minimum 30 days)

  • correct installation techniques are used

Happy Print Hub does not refund or replace products due to installation error or surface incompatibility.


Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your printed order arrives damaged or faulty, you must:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • the damaged items

    • the packaging

    • the mailer or box

  2. Email the photos to hello@happyprinthub.com.au

  3. Include your:

    • name

    • address

    • order number

  4. Use the subject line: “Damaged Order”

  5. Submit the claim within 5 business days of delivery

Claims made after this timeframe cannot be processed.


Return to Sender (RTS) Policy

Parcels may be returned if:

  • the address was entered incorrectly

  • delivery was refused

  • delivery was not collected

  • the address was incomplete

  • multiple delivery attempts failed

If a parcel is returned to Happy Print Hub, the customer is responsible for:

  • the Australia Post RTS fee of $14.95, and

  • the full postage cost to resend the parcel

These fees must be paid before the parcel is re-dispatched. No refunds are provided for Return to Sender parcels.


Shipping, Dispatch & Delays

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Express Post refers only to postage speed, not faster production times.

Happy Print Hub is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post or couriers

  • weather events

  • peak periods

  • transportation disruptions

  • incorrect address information

No refunds are issued for delays outside our control.


Section 2 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

Your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted. Payment details are always encrypted.


Section 3 — Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness

Information on this site may not always be accurate or current and is provided for general use only.

You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.


Section 4 — Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices may change without notice.

We may modify or discontinue any product or Service at any time.


Section 5 — Products & Services

Products may have limited quantities and may only be available online.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region.


Section 6 — Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.


Section 7 — Optional Tools

Third-party tools are provided “as is” and used at your own risk.


Section 8 — Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites or materials.


Section 9 — User Comments & Submissions

By submitting content, you grant us unrestricted rights to use it.
You agree not to submit unlawful or infringing material.


Section 10 — Personal Information

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.


Section 11 — Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.


Section 12 — Prohibited Uses

You must not use our site for unlawful or harmful purposes or interfere with any security feature.


Section 13 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Happy Print Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.


Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Happy Print Hub from any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.


Section 15 — Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.


Section 16 — Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us.


Section 17 — Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Happy Print Hub.


Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.


Section 19 — Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance.
