Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or there has been an error with your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if you find any issues. We’ll evaluate the problem and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
To report an issue, contact us at hello@happyprinthub.com.au with your order number and photos of the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@happyprinthub.com.au so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@happyprinthub.com.au.
