Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Within Australia

• All items are shipped using Australia Post's eParcel network and come with a tracking number for your convenience.
• For items under 100cm, we offer both Standard Post and Express Post options at checkout.
• For larger items (over 100cm), we ship via a courier of our choice to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Shipping costs are subsidised by Happy Print Hub to provide you with the best value.

Shipping to New Zealand
For orders to New Zealand, we use Australia Post, which partners with New Zealand Post for final delivery. Every item includes a tracking number to keep you updated on your order’s journey.

Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

• Australia Standard Post: Typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
• Australia Express Post: Typically takes 1-3 business days for metro areas.
• New Zealand: Delivery generally takes 7-14 business days.

Order Responsibility
Once your order has left our facility, it is no longer within our control, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels. To protect your purchase, we highly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout. This will ensure coverage in case of any issues during transit.
